PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident Junior Closer (SVC) to join their team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role operates during night shifts and is best suited for candidates with at least two years of experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a successful career in the BPO sector. The position offers a competitive salary starting from Rs. 100,000 per month, along with uncapped performance-based bonuses. The office is located on the 4th Floor of Rania Mall, Bank Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Confirm client information and device or service details professionally and thoroughly.
- Ensure all required documentation and call recordings meet quality and compliance standards.
- Identify any discrepancies or irregularities and escalate issues promptly when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all verified sales.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams to support smooth operations.
- Adhere strictly to company compliance policies and procedures at all times.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly verification targets to support team goals.
- Be prepared to work overtime or participate in additional training sessions to improve performance or meet targets.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working as a verifier in a BPO environment on any campaign is mandatory.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
