PRIME BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and confident Junior Closer (SVC) to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position operates during night shifts and is ideal for candidates with prior BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to build a strong career in the BPO industry. The role involves verifying sales on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Professionally confirm client information and device/service details.
- Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams.
- Adhere strictly to company compliance policies.
- Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
- Be available to work overtime or stay back for additional training or performance improvement when required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English, including strong verbal communication and listening abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Professional attitude and strong customer handling skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
