Junior Copywriter

Topspot Media is a vibrant digital media and content creation company dedicated to building engaging content and expanding digital brands on a global scale. We are seeking a creative Copywriter who can produce compelling, engaging, and impactful content tailored for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting clickable, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions for video content across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring the content resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Write catchy, curiosity-driven titles for video content that attract viewers.
- Create clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly video descriptions to enhance content discoverability.
- Develop multiple title variations to test different hooks and angles for maximum impact.
- Understand video content thoroughly to highlight its most interesting or valuable aspects.
- Conduct keyword research, monitor trends, and analyze audience interests to optimize content.
- Maintain the appropriate tone and style tailored to different content niches and platforms.
- Ensure all titles and descriptions are grammatically correct, accurate, and aligned with the video content.
- Collaborate closely with content and video teams to stay informed about upcoming projects.
- Analyze successful titles and descriptions to identify patterns and improve future content strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English writing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of catchy headlines, hooks, and audience psychology.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
- Good research skills and awareness of current social media and video content trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate multiple ideas quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently with high volumes of content while maintaining quality.

Location and Work Details
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulberg III, Grand Square Mall, Lahore. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The compensation package ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000 per month, reflecting the candidate’s skills and experience.
