We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team, responsible for drafting and managing contracts, supporting legal compliance, and providing expert advice on risk and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the company’s legal interests are protected while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex legal issues in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting: Prepare, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to safeguard the company’s legal rights and interests.
- Contract Life Cycle Management: Support the Legal Counsel in maintaining the contracts repository and assist in the implementation and management of the contract life cycle system.
- Negotiation: Engage and negotiate with internal business units, regulators, external counsel, and public authorities to resolve legal matters effectively.
- Risk Management: Apply risk management techniques proactively and provide legal advice to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Communication: Clarify legal terminology and specifications for various departments within the organization to ensure clear understanding.
- Legal Research: Stay informed of legislative changes and case law developments, providing timely updates to legal counsel regarding any impact on the company.
- Business Integrity: Assist Legal and Compliance Counsel in conducting investigations and support the implementation of the Business Integrity program within Pakistan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized institution.
- Relevant work experience within the legal sector.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

- Strong contract drafting capabilities.
- Ability to handle complex legal matters involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent multitasking skills to manage various priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
