We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually engaging designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and various branding materials. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication through design.

Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Create visual content for digital marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
- Collaborate with social media marketing, content, and digital marketing teams to develop creative concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Assist in designing website graphics, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Edit and resize images and creatives to meet platform specifications.
- Stay updated on current design trends, typography, color schemes, and social media formats.
- Incorporate feedback and revise designs to align with project requirements.
- Manage multiple design tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to comprehend design briefs and work collaboratively within a team.
- A portfolio showcasing creative work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Minimum of 2 years of design experience is required.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays as per company policy.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs55,000.
- Work location is strictly on-site to facilitate close collaboration with the team.
