We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. This position involves assisting customers with bookings, service requests, pickups, and other related queries while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers in making bookings, managing service requests, scheduling pickups, and addressing various queries.
- Accurately record and update customer orders and service details using the company system or Excel spreadsheets.
- Follow up with customers regarding their bookings, ongoing services, and any pending requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints tactfully and liaise with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate closely with operations and branch teams to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain precise customer records and prepare daily reports to track activities and performance.
- Collect and document customer feedback, escalating significant concerns to management for further action.
- Foster and maintain a professional and positive relationship with all customers to enhance their overall experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of Intermediate level education.
