Junior Data Analyst

Located in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, this full-time Junior Data Analyst position offers an opportunity to work from 3 PM to 12 AM. The role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with at least one year of experience in data analysis. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Python, capable of analyzing datasets, generating insights, and creating reports and dashboards to support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data efficiently.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, preprocessing, and automating routine tasks, leveraging libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies within datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports and communicate findings clearly to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is preferred.
- Solid understanding of data visualization, data cleaning techniques, and basic statistical concepts.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
