Junior Data Analyst (Night Shift)

Connected Lines is seeking a Junior E-commerce Data Analyst to join our team in Lahore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience who are eager to develop their careers in data analysis, sales reporting, and inventory management within the e-commerce sector. The position offers hands-on experience working with sales data, inventory tracking, and operational reporting, providing a strong foundation for growth in this field.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze e-commerce sales, revenue, order trends, and product performance to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel to support business decisions.
- Monitor and update inventory levels across various e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy.
- Identify low-stock and out-of-stock products, maintaining precise stock records to prevent sales disruptions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory discrepancies, and product availability.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to minimize stockouts and improve inventory management processes.
- Identify emerging business trends and assist in making data-driven operational decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all reports.

Required Qualifications
- Up to six months of relevant experience in e-commerce, data analysis, inventory management, or related operations.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet reporting techniques.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations, including inventory tracking and sales metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be based in Lahore and available for immediate joining.
- Willingness to work night shifts from Monday to Friday.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or similar is advantageous.
- Monthly salary range of PKR 40,000 to 50,000.
