TensorOps, an applied machine learning studio serving clients across Europe and North America, is seeking a Junior Data Scientist based in Pakistan to join our fully remote team. You will be involved in analyzing the performance and impact of advanced AI systems, including AI copilots, autonomous agents, high-performance search and recommendation engines, and decision-support tools across industries such as healthcare, finance, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data generated by AI models to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and understand user behavior.
- Research and evaluate new AI and machine learning models, summarizing their capabilities and potential business applications to support senior team members.
- Translate complex technical results into clear, actionable business insights by collaborating closely with ML engineers.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Support project teams during the discovery phase by analyzing client data and identifying opportunities where AI can address key business challenges.

Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis (especially Pandas and NumPy) and SQL for querying databases.
- Strong curiosity about technology with a keen interest in machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable explaining analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Based in Pakistan with availability to work hours overlapping with European time zones.
