TensorOps, an applied machine learning studio serving clients across Europe and North America, is seeking a Junior Data Scientist based in Pakistan to join our fully remote team. You will be involved in analyzing the performance and impact of advanced AI systems, including AI copilots, autonomous agents, high-performance search and recommendation engines, and decision-support tools across industries such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, adtech, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data generated by AI models to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and understand user behavior.
- Research and evaluate new AI and machine learning approaches, supporting senior team members by summarizing their capabilities and potential business applications.
- Translate complex technical results into clear, actionable business insights by collaborating closely with machine learning engineers.
- Create concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Support project teams during the discovery phase by analyzing client data and identifying opportunities where AI can address key business challenges.

Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong foundational skills in Python (especially Pandas and NumPy) and SQL for data querying.
- A natural curiosity about technology with a strong desire to learn about machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable explaining analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and great attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Based in Pakistan with working hours that overlap with the European team.
