Junior Developer

We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Developer with a strong passion for AI research and practical experience using AI tools in development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in JavaScript or Python and demonstrate the ability to effectively utilize AI tools, large language model (LLM) APIs, coding assistants, and agent frameworks to produce meaningful and valuable results. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience to grow their skills in a dynamic environment focused on AI-driven development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and experiment with new AI tools, models, and agent frameworks to stay ahead of emerging technologies.
- Integrate AI tools seamlessly into development workflows to enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
- Design and build AI-powered workflows, including coding assistants and agents, that generate reliable and practical outputs.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all work, detailing the tools, prompts, and workflows utilized.
- Share successful AI techniques and insights with the team to boost collective productivity and knowledge.
- Continuously learn and apply new AI technologies and methodologies to improve development processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of professional experience.
- Demonstrated strong interest in AI research and development.
- Proven ability to use AI tools, LLM APIs, and coding assistants effectively within development projects.
- Basic proficiency in JavaScript or Python programming languages.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile, or final-year project showcasing real, valuable outputs created using AI technologies.
- Self-driven and quick learner with a focus on delivering practical, results-oriented solutions.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to work well collaboratively and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- A strong interest in gaming and foundational knowledge of game mechanics and the gaming industry will be considered a significant advantage.
