We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time, hybrid role is based at Sirius B, Office 3067, 3rd Floor, World Trade Center, Giga Mall, DHA Phase 2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media channels, supporting SEO initiatives, researching new digital tools, coordinating with technical teams, and overseeing billing for digital subscriptions. This position requires a versatile individual comfortable balancing marketing, technical coordination, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the company’s presence across social media platforms, including content planning, posting, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and improve search engine rankings through keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Conduct research and development on new applications, tools, and platforms by evaluating their features, pricing, and suitability for business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between technical/development teams and business units to communicate requirements, track progress on integrations or fixes, and ensure effective collaboration.
- Oversee billing and subscription management for digital tools and platforms, including tracking renewals, costs, and invoice processing.
- Monitor social media and SEO performance metrics, preparing regular reports for stakeholders to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, SEO, and relevant digital applications to keep the company’s digital presence competitive.
- Support cross-functional projects that require coordination among marketing, technical, and finance or administrative teams.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong research skills with the ability to evaluate and compare software and applications effectively.
- Comfortable working with technical and development teams, with an understanding of basic technical requirements.
- Experience in handling billing, invoices, and subscription management processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the capability to accurately track budgets and expenses.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira.
- Experience working with app stores, including Google Play Store and Apple Store.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
