Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
- Prepare basic cost estimates to support project budgeting.
- Review architectural and structural drawings to extract accurate quantities.
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Collect and compare material rates from various suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and organized estimation records for future reference.
- Support senior engineers in all costing-related tasks.
- Learn and adhere to the company’s estimation procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and estimation principles.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow company protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
