Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering works related to hydropower projects.
- Support site supervision by monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Help with quantity take-offs, measurements, estimation, costing, and preparation of project reports.
- Aid in project scheduling, progress tracking, and the compilation of site reports.
- Review technical drawings and documents, assisting in resolving site-related issues promptly.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to facilitate the smooth execution of civil works and maintain effective communication across disciplines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably within hydropower, dams, or major infrastructure projects.
- Practical knowledge of site supervision, construction monitoring, estimation, or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
