The Junior Executive Human Resources position is a full-time, on-site role based at the Karachi South District office. This role supports the daily HR operations by assisting with recruitment, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating onboarding activities. The Junior Executive will also help implement HR policies, support employee relations efforts, and manage routine HR inquiries. Additional responsibilities include tracking attendance and leave, preparing HR documentation, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless HR processes. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle routine employee queries related to HR matters and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Monitor attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient HR operations and support organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in Human Resources and HR Management to support core HR functions.
- Understanding of HR Operations and HR Policies to assist with daily HR activities and ensure policy adherence.
- Experience or familiarity with Employee Relations to help maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software or tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Internship or entry-level experience in HR is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi South District and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
