Junior Full Stack Developer- Onsite Night Shift Job

We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. The role requires working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time, adjusted according to U.S. Daylight Saving Time. The position is based in Block 3, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, focusing on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting web applications. Collaboration with the development team to deliver reliable, responsive, and user-friendly web solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Create interactive and responsive user interfaces with Vue.js or Next.js, along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases and queries to ensure efficient data handling.
- Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end services and APIs for seamless functionality.
- Troubleshoot bugs, debug code, and resolve application issues promptly.
- Ensure websites and applications are responsive, functional, and compatible across different browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best development practices.
- Collaborate closely with team members to understand project requirements and deliver tasks on schedule.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous application improvements.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel frameworks.
- Proficiency in front-end development using Vue.js or Next.js and JavaScript.
- Solid experience with MySQL, including database design, query optimization, and data management.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or GitHub.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
