Junior Graphic Designer

The Inventor Solutions, located in Rawalpindi, is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join their growing Marketing & Creative team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong passion for design who want to enhance their skills by working on a variety of brands and international client projects. The position involves producing compelling visual content for social media and marketing materials, contributing to a vibrant and collaborative work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Create visual content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and company websites.
- Work closely with the Marketing team and Senior Designers to ensure consistent and cohesive creative output.
- Follow brand guidelines to maintain a unified visual identity across all materials.
- Assist with basic photo editing and develop creative layouts.
- Resize and adapt designs for different digital platforms as required.
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns for both clients and internal projects.

Required Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in graphic design; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
- Familiarity with Canva and/or Figma is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and social media design best practices.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Must submit a portfolio or samples demonstrating previous design work.
