Junior Graphic Designer

Bluell AB is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and basic to intermediate proficiency with modern graphic design tools. This role is based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and requires the candidate to work from the office. The position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and junior designers to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create professional product mockups that align with brand standards.
- Design website banners and promotional graphics to support marketing campaigns.
- Develop Etsy product listing images and related graphics.
- Implement design revisions based on feedback from the team or clients.
- Ensure visual consistency across various design materials and platforms.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and maintaining visual consistency.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and design references accurately.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Arts (BCA) or candidates with junior-level design experience are encouraged to apply.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work will be highly valued during the selection process.
- This is strictly an on-site role; remote work is not available. Candidates must currently reside in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and be able to work from the office.
- The monthly salary range for this position is Rs25,000 to Rs30,000.
