BZB Digital is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join their team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position offers working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Adobe Photoshop, a strong sense of design, and a keen interest in social media content creation. Both fresh graduates and candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. The role involves contributing to the visual and digital marketing efforts of the company by designing engaging content and managing social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative social media posts, including carousels, banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Develop engaging visual content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Assist in planning content calendars and scheduling posts to maintain consistent social media activity.
- Write captions and conduct research on relevant hashtags and current social media trends.
- Edit images and produce short videos or reels to enhance audience engagement.
- Ensure consistent branding and maintain high visual quality across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and complete design and marketing tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Canva is important.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content formats.
- Experience or willingness to learn video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign or After Effects is an additional advantage.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Submission of a portfolio showcasing graphic design work or social media content is required.
