JUNIOR Graphic Designer & Video Editor ONSITE

One Call Away (OCA), located in Rawalpindi, is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join its marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role focuses on producing engaging social media content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook, including paid advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency while delivering visually appealing graphics and compelling video content. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, with a monthly salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 45,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Design daily Instagram and Facebook posts, including carousel posts and promotional graphics.
- Create social media stories and advertising creatives that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Produce and edit Instagram and Facebook Reels, as well as short-form videos for paid advertisements.
- Enhance video content by adding captions, text overlays, music, transitions, and effects to boost engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand style across all graphic and video content.
- Deliver weekly outputs including 5–7 social media graphic creatives, 3–5 reels or short-form videos, 1–2 carousel posts, and additional advertising and story creatives as needed.
- Focus on quality and creativity, ensuring all content is professional and engaging.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team and incorporate feedback to refine content.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, carousel designs, reels, short-form video editing, and advertising creatives.
- Solid understanding of social media content trends and best practices.
- Excellent eye for design, visual creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce professional and engaging content within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and revisions.
- Creative, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within the marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software is highly preferred.
