Junior Growth Manager

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Junior Growth Manager. This role is ideal for someone confident in initiating conversations, following up with potential leads, and communicating professionally. You will play a key role in driving business development efforts through consistent outreach and relationship building. The position is based in Gulberg, Lahore, and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, emails, phone calls, and messages to generate new leads.
- Perform regular follow-ups with potential prospects to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and track responses systematically.
- Schedule meetings with interested leads to facilitate further discussions.
- Keep conversations active and guide them towards positive outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a background or interest in business development.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in approaching and initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to maintain consistency in outreach efforts.
- Basic proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- A proactive, organized mindset with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
