Junior HR Executive - with Software House Experience

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000 and is based onsite at Tajpur Scheme, Canal Road. This full-time position requires working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and dismissal processes, as well as administering and monitoring employee benefit programs. The ideal individual will be self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of working independently while ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s human resource functions. This position plays a key role in supporting sustainable organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and post technical job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Source and track prospective candidates through various channels such as social media and job portals.
- Screen IT resumes by evaluating specialized skills and qualifications.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities.
- Interview candidates using structured techniques, including technical assessments and behavioral questions.
- Collaborate with IT team leaders to forecast departmental goals and hiring needs.
- Create and send personalized recruitment communications to passive candidates.
- Implement onboarding and offboarding strategies effectively.
- Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Perform job and task analyses to document duties and requirements accurately.
- Stay updated on emerging technological trends and products relevant to recruitment.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, and YouTube.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Must be currently residing in Lahore and able to commute to the office located in Tajpura.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Experience in handling recruitment processes, particularly in IT sectors.
- Familiarity with online tools such as Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Dashboard) for data management and surveys.
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and demonstrate multicultural sensitivity.
