Junior HR

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level HR professional with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This is an on-site position focused on HR operations, recruitment, and administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HR documentation, talent acquisition, and employee database management. Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and MS Office is essential to effectively handle HR reporting and documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract and onboard qualified candidates.
- Oversee HR operations including employee records, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update employee databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate HR reports and assist in HR documentation to support organizational needs.
- Utilize HRMS and other recruitment platforms to streamline HR activities and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Karachi.
