Junior Hr Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team in Karachi, Nazimabad No. 1. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of recruitment experience to develop their skills in a dynamic HR environment. The role involves supporting the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, and other job portals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on specific job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and timely communication.
- Keep accurate recruitment records and update candidate databases regularly to track progress and maintain data integrity.
- Assist with job postings, prepare recruitment reports, and support onboarding activities to facilitate new hire integration.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to meet hiring targets and deadlines efficiently.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace applications for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow up diligently to ensure process continuity.
