Junior HRBP

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in talent acquisition, onboarding new employees, and providing ongoing support throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard talent for company facilities located in Canada, UAE, Karachi, and Lahore.
- Support the Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) in managing performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to other strategic HR initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of recruitment and employment practices across the UAE, Canada, and Pakistan.
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective conflict resolution capabilities.
