Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of interior designs, layouts, and plans for various spaces.
- Support space planning efforts to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Prepare and review construction drawings in collaboration with architects and construction teams.
- Contribute to the development of interior design concepts and assist in the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Coordinate with architects and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to design intent.
- Maintain attention to detail and help manage project timelines to meet deadlines effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in space planning and interior design principles to create practical and visually appealing spaces.
- Ability to interpret and produce detailed architecture and construction drawings.
- Experience with FF&E selection, ensuring materials and finishes meet design goals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Competency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is advantageous.
