Junior iOS Engineer

Located in Bahria Orchard Lahore, 9D Technologies is a dynamic company specializing in mobile app and game publishing. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative digital experiences by blending creativity, technology, and AI-driven solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated iOS Developer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative group of designers, backend engineers, QA specialists, and senior developers to build and scale engaging mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain iOS application features using Swift and modern iOS frameworks.
- Implement user interfaces that align with design specifications and development guidelines.
- Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues to enhance application performance and stability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to established coding standards.
- Participate actively in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to testing, documentation, and continuous feature enhancements.
- Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and technical discussions to support agile development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in iOS development or equivalent practical experience through projects.
- Proficiency in Swift and a solid understanding of iOS application development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Xcode, UIKit and/or SwiftUI, and Interface Builder.
- Good grasp of object-oriented programming, data structures, and asynchronous programming concepts.
- Basic experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and debugging applications.
- Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of iOS application architecture, memory management, and coding best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
