We are looking for a motivated Junior Machine Learning/AI Engineer with foundational skills in Computer Vision and Generative AI, especially experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs). This full-time, on-site role provides an excellent opportunity to develop and optimize AI systems that combine visual intelligence—such as face recognition, detection, and tracking—with advanced language understanding and generation. The ideal candidate is passionate about models like GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, and Claude, and eager to build innovative multimodal AI solutions that integrate vision and language technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize computer vision pipelines for detection, tracking, and face recognition using frameworks like OpenCV, YOLO, and InsightFace.
- Build applications powered by LLMs, including chatbots, summarizers, and document understanding tools.
- Fine-tune and engineer prompts for LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, and Phi to solve domain-specific problems.
- Integrate machine learning and LLM models into scalable backend systems using FastAPI or Flask.
- Collaborate on multimodal AI projects that merge image and text intelligence.
- Deploy models efficiently using containerization tools like Docker and runtime environments such as ONNX Runtime.
- Experiment with open-source AI models and tools from Hugging Face, LangChain, and LangGraph.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Six months to one year of practical experience gained through internships, research, or project work.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and a keen interest in generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with computer vision tools like OpenCV, Mediapipe, InsightFace, and YOLOv8.
- Knowledge of generative AI and LLM frameworks including Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, Ollama, LLaMA, Mistral, and Phi.
- Skills in prompt engineering, few-shot tuning, tokenization, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Understanding of vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, or Pinecone.
- Experience with backend development using FastAPI or Flask, REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
- Competence in Docker, Git, and basic CI/CD workflows.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
