We are looking for an experienced sales representative to join our growing team and promote the adoption of the Press’s curriculum textbooks across schools, colleges, and higher education institutions. The role involves actively engaging with prospective, current, and past customers through field visits to build and maintain strong relationships. The goal is to develop a solid network of contacts that will drive sales within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the sales process while upholding the Press’s policies, standards, and values.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling curriculum textbooks to educational institutions.
- Conduct regular field visits to prospective, existing, and former customers to build and sustain long-term relationships.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the designated territory to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Adhere strictly to the Press’s mission, values, policies, and standards in all sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and share market feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Required Qualifications
- A strong background in school education complemented by a relevant master’s degree.
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in educational products or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel as required to meet business objectives.
