Key Responsibilities
The Junior Mechanical Engineer will play a vital role in assisting the design, development, and enhancement of cooking machines and related mechanical systems used in commercial kitchens. Daily activities include supporting machine design efforts, preparing and updating CAD models and technical drawings, and conducting basic performance and safety tests. The engineer will collaborate closely with senior engineers on research and development projects, coordinate with production and maintenance teams, and document technical specifications. Additionally, the role involves contributing to small-scale project management tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This position offers hands-on experience with industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to practical engineering challenges within the hospitality sector.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles, including applied problem-solving skills relevant to machine design for industrial equipment.
