Key Responsibilities
The Junior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and enhancement of cooking machines and related mechanical systems tailored for commercial kitchens. Daily activities include supporting machine design efforts by preparing and updating CAD models and technical drawings. The role requires conducting basic performance and safety tests to ensure product reliability and compliance. Collaboration with senior engineers on research and development projects is essential, as is coordination with production and maintenance teams to facilitate smooth operations. The engineer will document technical specifications and contribute to small-scale project management tasks, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This position provides valuable hands-on experience with industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to practical engineering challenges within the hospitality sector.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles, including applied problem-solving skills relevant to machine design for industrial equipment. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is essential for creating, modifying, and documenting mechanical parts and assemblies. Experience or familiarity with research and development processes, such as testing, data collection, and continuous product improvement, is required.
