Junior Motion Graphics Video Editor

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Video Editor to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a solid understanding of current content trends. This role requires someone who can independently handle projects from the initial editing phase through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output that engages audiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long-form content including YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and documentaries.
- Create motion graphics such as lower thirds, transitions, animated titles, and visual effects.
- Produce SaaS product demos, tutorials, and onboarding videos.
- Develop AI-generated user content (UGC) creatives for paid advertising campaigns.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio mixing, and sound design to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to incorporate feedback promptly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing editing and animation skills.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and techniques to maximize audience retention.
- Experience with color grading tools such as Lumetri Color or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI video tools like Runway, HeyGen, CapCut AI, or ElevenLabs.
- Familiarity with SaaS product video production workflows.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content optimization strategies.

This position is based near Expo, Johar Town, Lahore. Working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays on. This role offers the opportunity to work in a creative environment where innovation and quality are highly valued.
