We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Multimedia Designer & Videographer to join our marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for video production and editing, complemented by basic graphic and image editing skills. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging visual content that supports various business and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos tailored for social media, marketing campaigns, and other business needs.
- Set up and operate video production equipment confidently, including cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, lighting, and microphones.
- Edit videos, reels, and promotional content using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro to create engaging visual stories.
- Assist with basic photo editing and graphic design tasks to support marketing materials.
- Adapt and create visual content optimized for different social media platforms.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality multimedia content.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with video shooting and handling camera equipment.
- Familiarity with video production accessories such as gimbals, lighting setups, microphones, and tripods.
- Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software.
- Understanding of graphic design principles and social media content creation.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.
- A portfolio or samples of previous work demonstrating relevant skills is preferred.
