Junior Project Manager – Software House

This full-time, onsite role requires commitment to working night shifts aligned with international time zones, specifically from 9 PM to 6 AM, six days a week. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily project tasks and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the execution of projects by providing timely updates and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between team members and clients to maintain project momentum and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation, generate reports, and track workflow to ensure transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience; prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, enabling clear and professional interactions.
- Basic understanding of a professional work environment and workplace etiquette.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within the role and the organization.
- Availability to work night shifts according to international time zones, with specific shift details to be discussed during the interview process.
