Junior Project Manager – Software House

KGT Global is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their software house team based in Nazimabad, Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, six days a week with Sundays off. The position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals with leadership potential to advance their careers by managing multiple projects simultaneously and interacting with international clients in English. The successful candidate will work closely with a professional team of website developers, gaining hands-on experience with various project management tools and website development technologies. Please note that this opportunity is not open to students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 15 projects concurrently within the software house environment.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with foreign clients, improving English language skills through regular interaction.
- Utilize project management tools and technologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the development team to track project progress and promptly resolve any issues.
- Maintain clear, professional communication both verbally and in writing.

Required Qualifications:
- A university degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Proficiency in typing and familiarity with project management tools.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous management experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with leadership potential will also be considered.
