LOGIX Project Management (Pvt.) Ltd., a Karachi-based engineering consultancy, specializes in structural design, infrastructure development, construction supervision, and project management services. We are currently seeking a motivated and technically competent Junior Project Manager – Civil to support the planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will assist in managing project activities by coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams. They will monitor project progress and ensure that all assigned work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring civil engineering projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate effectively with site engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site activities and prepare detailed progress reports for management review.
- Support the development of project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
- Review construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and other project documentation.
- Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and assist in implementing corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and approved specifications.
- Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, site reports, and documentation.
- Assist in quantity estimation, material planning, cost monitoring, and tracking variations.
- Participate actively in project coordination meetings and follow up on pending actions.
- Report project issues, risks, and progress promptly to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction, project coordination, or construction supervision.
- Practical knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and site execution processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, Plan Swift, and other project reporting tools.
- Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to visit project sites as required.
