Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a people-oriented, organized, and proactive Recruitment/Staffing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the organization has the right talent in the right positions at the right time. You will collaborate closely with candidates, employees, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient staffing operations. This position requires a passion for recruitment and workforce planning, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and staffing process, from sourcing to placement.
- Identify, source, screen, and interview potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Match candidates with suitable roles based on their skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding processes, and employee placements to ensure seamless transitions.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients to foster trust and engagement.
- Monitor staffing needs, availability, and contribute to workforce planning efforts.
- Handle staffing administration and maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
- Proactively identify staffing challenges and develop effective solutions to address them.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, human resources, or workforce coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
