Junior Recruiter (Night Shift)

Wadic is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity. This Junior to Medium-level role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, preferably within the IT sector, and a strong willingness to learn and stay current with technological advancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates for senior-level IT specialist positions.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Analyze resumes by parsing specialized skills and qualifications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with team leaders to forecast hiring needs aligned with department goals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including offer negotiation and candidate closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical or non-technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidates’ technical skills effectively.

Additional Information:
This position requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The role is based at our office located on College Road, Township, Lahore.
