Junior Sales Consultant

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Consultant to join its Project Sales team. The company connects buyers and sellers both within Pakistan and internationally, having secured significant funding rounds since its inception in 2012, totaling $29 million. As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving property sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and ensuring smooth deal closures. You will represent Zameen.com’s commitment to excellent customer service, delivering a seamless and positive experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property units.
- Provide comprehensive demonstrations and conduct site visits to showcase properties effectively.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Act as a professional representative of Zameen.com, ensuring high standards of communication and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong passion for sales, with a commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; however, fresh graduates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse clients.
