IdeaTechOne is seeking two motivated Junior Sales Executives to join our growing sales team at our on-site office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in B2B sales. You will work closely with experienced sales leaders, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, and sales pipeline management within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Collect, verify, and organize leads into the company CRM or lead sheets.
- Send connection requests and outreach messages to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and assist in booking meetings for the senior sales team.
- Support the Senior Sales Manager with daily sales activities and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect conversations and regularly update the sales pipeline.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development; fresh graduates with relevant enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with daily targets.
- A proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
