Junior SEO

TechCentera, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is seeking a motivated Junior SEO specialist to join their team full-time on-site. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and boosting the company’s online presence through a combination of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. This position requires hands-on experience with SEO tools and techniques, alongside the ability to analyze and optimize website performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Optimize website elements including content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to indexing, crawling, website speed, and mobile usability.
- Manage off-page SEO activities such as building quality backlinks and conducting link analysis.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Enhance website content to align with search intent and improve user experience.
- Track key SEO performance metrics including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Stay informed about the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and advancements in AI-driven search technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in SEO and organic search optimization.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Experience working with WordPress and other website content management systems.
- Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, indexing, and website structure.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of AI search optimization and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is considered an advantage.

This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs40,000 and requires the candidate to work on-site at the company’s Karachi office. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about SEO who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
