Your Doctors Online, a rapidly growing digital healthcare platform connecting families in Canada and the United States with licensed doctors 24/7, is seeking a Junior Social Media Content Creator to join the team in Islamabad. The platform enables patients to consult with physicians via chat or video without appointments, focusing on accessible and convenient healthcare. As part of a multidisciplinary team spanning healthcare, technology, customer experience, and digital content, you will help elevate the brand’s presence by creating engaging social media content that highlights doctors, health information, and patient stories.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Produce educational clips, doctor Q&As, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Appear on camera and assist doctors and team members during filming sessions.
- Design carousels and Stories using Canva, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and on-screen text to engage the audience.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely publication of posts.
- Respond to comments and direct messages in the brand’s voice.
- Identify medical questions from the audience and direct them to the appropriate care team.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as views, watch time, saves, and follows.
- Use data insights to propose new content ideas during weekly team discussions.
- Stay current on social media trends and sounds, selecting those suitable for a healthcare brand.

Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in social media or content creation; personal accounts and projects are considered valid experience.
- A portfolio showcasing videos, posts, or other content created independently.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
- Experience using video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.
- Ability to shoot steady, well-lit videos with clear audio using a smartphone.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and providing simple direction during shoots.
- Clear and confident spoken English appropriate for Canadian and American audiences.
- Strong written English skills for captions and on-screen text.
- Understanding of what makes short-form content engaging and watchable.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Islamabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience using AI tools for content creation.
- Background in creating content for healthcare, wellness, or education sectors.
- Basic photography and lighting skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or other social media scheduling platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with an immediate start date. Candidates passionate about creativity, healthcare communication, and digital content are encouraged to apply.
