Your Doctors Online, a rapidly growing digital healthcare platform connecting families in Canada and the United States with licensed doctors 24/7, is seeking a Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Islamabad. Our platform enables patients to consult with physicians via chat or video without appointments, making healthcare more accessible and convenient. As we expand our digital presence, we need a creative and enthusiastic individual to help bring our healthcare brand and doctors to life across social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Create educational clips, doctor Q&As, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Appear on camera and assist in guiding doctors and team members during shoots.
- Design carousels and Stories using Canva while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Write engaging hooks, captions, and on-screen text to captivate the audience.
- Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensure timely posting.
- Respond to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice.
- Identify medical questions from social media and direct them to the appropriate care team.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as views, watch time, saves, and follows.
- Use data insights to contribute new ideas during weekly content planning discussions.
- Stay current with social media trends and sounds, selecting those suitable for a healthcare brand.

Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in social media or content creation; personal accounts and projects count.
- A portfolio showcasing videos, posts, or other content created independently.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar apps.
- Ability to shoot steady, well-lit videos with clear audio using a smartphone.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and providing simple direction during shoots.
- Clear and confident spoken English suitable for Canadian and American audiences.
- Strong written English skills for captions and on-screen text.
- Understanding of what makes short-form content engaging and why some content retains viewers better than others.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently under deadlines.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Islamabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience using AI tools for content creation.
- Background in creating content for healthcare, wellness, or education brands.
- Basic photography and lighting skills.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite.
