The Junior Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing daily social media activities, focusing on planning, creating, and publishing content that engages youth and promotes initiatives related to Najaf. This role requires maintaining a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms while supporting digital campaigns and collaborating with team members to ensure content aligns with ongoing projects and events. The position is full-time and based onsite in Karachi, with occasional involvement in events or campaign support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, draft, and publish social media posts across various platforms targeting youth audiences.
- Coordinate with design teams to source and manage visual assets that complement social media content.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering respectful and engaging interactions within online communities.
- Track and report on basic social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns by aligning social media content with campaign goals.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure content consistency and relevance to ongoing projects and events.
- Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and ensure all communications reflect the organization’s voice and values.
- Provide occasional on-site support during events or campaigns as needed.
