Junior Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position involves managing various social media accounts, developing engaging content, and helping to strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends and a creative approach to contribute effectively to our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Write creative captions and research trending content to maximize audience reach and engagement.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content consistently to maintain an active online presence.
- Design graphics and edit videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
- Monitor audience engagement and analyze the performance of published content to guide future strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Basic understanding of content creation processes and familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Awareness of current social media trends and the ability to adapt content accordingly.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in content writing and caption development.
- A creative mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

This role requires the candidate to work on-site during office hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Remote applications will not be considered. The salary offered ranges from Rs25,000 to Rs30,000 per month.
