Junior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Bahria Town Phase 8. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in structural design and a strong background in civil engineering. This onsite role involves designing, reviewing, and ensuring the integrity of structural systems for various construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, MEP teams, and site staff to deliver safe and efficient structural solutions while adhering to relevant building codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed structural designs and perform accurate calculations.
- Review structural drawings to ensure precision and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams, as well as site personnel.
- Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any structural issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain proper documentation related to structural engineering activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with PEC registration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in structural design.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of structural design codes, including ACI and BCP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines consistently.
