Junior Students Counselling Officer

Nexskill is seeking enthusiastic and communication-focused individuals to join our Admissions & Counselling Department as Junior Admission and Counselling Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our training programs, assisting with the admission process, and supporting the achievement of enrollment goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Garden Town, Lahore, ideal for candidates who are motivated to help students make informed decisions about their educational and career paths.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Manage admission inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and admission data.
- Meet assigned admission and enrollment targets consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
