As a Junior Technical Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects that contribute to the expansion of our products across various markets. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and business, while gaining hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and technical project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of technology projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate between engineering, product, design, and business teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and escalate issues as needed.
- Support the documentation and reporting of project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Help implement Agile best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project workflows.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain clear records of discussions and action items.
- Learn and apply project management tools and techniques under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency in project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of technical project management.
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) is a plus.
