The Junior Technical Support Executive will play a crucial role in delivering efficient hardware support to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. This position primarily focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining various hardware devices, including computers, printers, LEDs, scanners, cameras, projectors, laptops, and other related equipment. The ideal candidate will be proactive in fault detection and committed to providing high-quality service to maintain smooth operational functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to computers, printers, LEDs, scanners, cameras, projectors, laptops, and other technical devices.
- Perform fault detection and troubleshooting to identify hardware malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of hardware equipment to prevent potential failures.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex hardware problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware issues, repairs, and service activities for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure timely response to support requests to minimize downtime and enhance user productivity.
- Adhere to organizational policies and standards while handling hardware equipment and sensitive information.

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and peripheral devices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware devices such as printers, scanners, cameras, projectors, and laptops.
- Ability to detect faults and perform preventive maintenance on technical equipment.
