We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and cloud environments. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in DevOps tools who are motivated to take on increased responsibility while continuing to grow their technical expertise. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams to ensure efficient, reliable software releases, maintain system performance, and automate operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to improve development workflows. Manage and support cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications and services to guarantee high availability and performance. Collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure smooth and timely software releases. Maintain system reliability, scalability, and security by applying best practices and proactive monitoring techniques. Utilize containerization technologies and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Automate routine operational tasks through scripting and configuration management tools. Monitor system performance metrics and respond promptly to incidents or outages. Keep technical documentation related to infrastructure and deployment processes accurate and up to date.
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related technical role. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools. Practical experience with Git and version control systems. Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python, or equivalent languages to automate tasks. Solid understanding of networking concepts and security fundamentals. Experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs150,000, depending on experience and skill level. Candidates who demonstrate proactivity, a willingness to learn, and a strong sense of ownership will find this role both rewarding and an excellent opportunity for professional growth within the DevOps field.
